Lentils Carrot Broccoli Plant Based Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup lentils
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup broccoli florets
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp EVOO
How To Make
Preheat Oven In a large pot add in EVOO, carrots,broccoli, fennel seeds and turmeric.
Heat on low for 5 minutes.
In meantime make the lentils
Then add the lentils to the vegetable pot.
Stir and let it simmer on low for 5 minutes.
Enjoy with more of your favorite spices.
