Healthy Plant-Based Diet Hummus Avocado Salad Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups Organic Spinach
½ half Avocado
2 Tbsp Hummus
½ half Bell Peppers
¼ cup Radishes
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup Kalamata Olives
1 slice of lemon
How To Make
Wash and prep the spinach salad, bell peppers, radishes, avocados.
Place the spinach into a bowl. Add on top all the avocados, bell peppers, olives, radish and hummus.
Then add the olive oil and lemon
Enjoy 🙂
Notes
Refrigerate in an airtight container for one day
For pack-n-go, keep hummus and olive oil in separate containers. Then to add to salad right before you eat.
