Hummus Avocado Vegan Plant-Based Vegan Salad

Healthy Plant-Based Diet Hummus Avocado Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups Organic Spinach

  2. ½ half Avocado

  3. 2 Tbsp Hummus

  4. ½ half Bell Peppers

  5. ¼ cup Radishes

  6. 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  7. ¼ cup Kalamata Olives

  8. 1 slice of lemon

How To Make

  1. Wash and prep the spinach salad, bell peppers, radishes, avocados.

  2. Place the spinach into a bowl. Add on top all the avocados, bell peppers, olives, radish and hummus.

  3. Then add the olive oil and lemon

  4. Enjoy 🙂

Notes

Refrigerate in an airtight container for one day

For pack-n-go, keep hummus and olive oil in separate containers. Then to add to salad right before you eat.
