How to Make Homemade Nutella. Easy Vegan Recipe.

2 cups hazelnuts

2 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp coconut oil

How to Make

Preheat Oven to 350

Add hazelnuts to a baking pan and bake for 8-10 minutes

Remove from oven and let them cool a bit

Remove excess skin from the hazelnuts but rubbing them in your hands or in a kitchen towel. It is ok if all the skin doesn’t come off.

Place hazelnuts in a blender.

Blend and scrape down sides as needed to.

Once the hazelnuts start to create a smooth texture add in the cacao powder and coconut oil.

Blend for another 5-10 minutes until smooth.

Transfer Nutella to an airtight container.

Store in the fridge for up to a month.
