Easy Baked Plant- Based Vegan Mini Donuts Recipe.

Ingredients
1 ¾ cups All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking soda
¼ cup Coconut Sugar
⅓ cup Melted Coconut oil
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut milk (or any other plant-based milk)
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Icing Ingredients
For chocolate icing you will need
¼ cup Hu Gems chocolate bits or any other chocolate chips.
For white icing you will need
¼ cup coconut butter and
1 tbsp Melted Coconut oil
How To Make
Plugin Babycakes mini donut maker. Or if you are using a mini donut pan, preheat Oven to 350 degrees and grease the pan with coconut oil.
In a medium-size bowl mix all-purpose flour, coconut sugar and baking soda together well.
Then add to the mixture the coconut milk, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract.
Mix all together with a spoon or whisk to an even consistency.
Then add the mixture to Babycakes and bake for 2 mins. This recipe will make 10-12 mini donuts. (If you are using a mini donut pan, bake for 4 mins.)
Remove mini donuts and let cool before adding the icing.
In the meantime, melt the Hu chocolate gems on the stovetop for about 2 min or until it melts slightly. Remove from the heat and stir with a fork.
In a separate bowl mix together the coconut butter, and melted coconut oil, with a fork.
Once the mini donuts are cooled off, you can add the icing to each donut
