Mango Dragon Fruit Chia Seed

Mango Dragon Fruit Chia Seed Smoothie Popsicle

Ingredients

Layer One

  1. 1 cup Frozen Mango

  2. ¾ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (can)

  3. 1 tbsp Chia Seed

Layer Two

  1. ¼ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (can)

  2. 1 tbsp Suncore Foods Dragon Fruit Powder

Blueberry Coco Creamsicle

Ingredients

Layer One

  1. 1 cup Frozen Wild Blueberries

  2. 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (can)

  3. 1 tbsp Suncore Foods Blueberry Powder

  4. 2 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

Layer Two

  1. 1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk

  2. ¼ cup Frozen Wild Blueberries

Acai Dragon Fruit Hemp Seed

Ingredients

Layer One

  1. ¼ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (can)

  2. 1 tbsp Suncore Foods Dragon Fruit Powder

  3. 1 tbsp Hemp Seed

Layer Two

  1. ¾ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (can)

  2. 1 pack frozen Acai

How To Make

Layer One

  1. In a blender place all of layer one ingredients and blend together.

  2. Then transfer the mixture to the popsicle molds, filling them ¾ of the way.

  3. Then place popsicle mold in the freezer for 30 minutes.

  4. Next add all of layer two ingredients into a blender and blend together.

  5. After 30 minutes remove layer one from the freezer and layer two to the mixture.

  6. Place back in the freezer at least 6 hours or overnight.

  7. When you are ready to enjoy it. Remove from the freezer, run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds. Then remove the lid.

  8. ENJOY 🙂

Notes

  1. Feel free to mix all ingredients together if you do want to create the layers

  2. Feel free to add 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup or agave for sweetness.

  3. You can skip the dragon fruit and blueberry powder if you do not have.

  4. Consume with 5 days
