Mango Dragon Fruit Chia Seed Smoothie Popsicle
Ingredients
Layer One
1 cup Frozen Mango
¾ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (can)
1 tbsp Chia Seed
Layer Two
¼ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (can)
Blueberry Coco Creamsicle
Ingredients
Layer One
1 cup Frozen Wild Blueberries
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (can)
2 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Layer Two
1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
¼ cup Frozen Wild Blueberries
Acai Dragon Fruit Hemp Seed
Ingredients
Layer One
¼ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (can)
1 tbsp Hemp Seed
Layer Two
¾ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (can)
1 pack frozen Acai
How To Make
Layer One
In a blender place all of layer one ingredients and blend together.
Then transfer the mixture to the popsicle molds, filling them ¾ of the way.
Then place popsicle mold in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Next add all of layer two ingredients into a blender and blend together.
After 30 minutes remove layer one from the freezer and layer two to the mixture.
Place back in the freezer at least 6 hours or overnight.
When you are ready to enjoy it. Remove from the freezer, run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds. Then remove the lid.

Feel free to mix all ingredients together if you do want to create the layers
Feel free to add 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup or agave for sweetness.
You can skip the dragon fruit and blueberry powder if you do not have.
