💚𝗝𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝘀. 𝗕𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 💚 The goal of drinking juices and smoothies is to detoxify the body and give the digestive system a rest. Both juicing are great ways to pack in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants into one drink.

▪Juicers separate the pulp from the juice, leaving the soluble fiber, which is more easily digested.
▪The nutrients are highly concentrated in juices, allowing for quick and easy absorption.
▪Faster nutrient release may be helpful to give you a quick boost of energy.
▪A large volume of produce can go into one 16-ounce juice.
𝗕𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 🥑
▪Blenders combines all ingredients, so all the fiber goes into your body. The insoluble fiber helps slow digestion, which keeps you full longer.
▪The insoluble fibers in smoothies allow for a slower, more sustained energy release.
▪Certain produce, like avocados and bananas, can’t be juiced but can be blended easily.
✨Missy’s Quick Tip ✨▫
▫️When juicing greens try to alternate between other fruits or veggies this will help push the greens through the juicer.
▫️Having juice on an empty stomach is best.
▫️Adding a bunch of greens to your smoothie is great way to add them in.
▫️Add frozen peas to a smoothie for plant-based protein or frozen cauliflower to make it creamy.
▫️When it comes to juicing or blending. Be sure to listen to yourself, experiment and find out what works best for you.
I equally love to do both juicing and smoothies.
