Cacao Maca 

1 Frozen banana⁣
1/2 Avocado
2/3 cup Almond Milk⁣
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tbsp Maca Powder⁣
add in 1-2 ice cubes for thickness

Cacao is packed with powerful antioxidants, vitamins B, C, E and minerals such as magnesium, calcium,

zinc, iron, potassium.⁣

Stay Hydrated

There are so many health benefits to drinking water.

💦 One of the best things you can do after you wake up is to drink a glass of water with lemon

💦 Drinking water helps with digestion

⁣ 💦Aids in Glowing clear skin ⁣

💦Increases energy and relieves fatigue

💦Helps cleanse toxins from the body

💦Helps balance blood sugar and relieves headaches.

💦Drinking other drinks do not have the same benefit. Straight up filtered water is the best. Squeeze some lemon or lime in it.

✨Having a cute glass water bottle will motivated to drinking more water and easy to pack-n-go.

✨Set an alarm on your phone a few times throughout the day. This a great way to reminder you to drink more water.

✨Take a deep breath and give gratitude for having fresh clean water available to you.

✨Focus on drinking filtered water 

✨Adding water to a blue glass jar and let it sit in the sun an hour. This can cleanse, energize, rejuvenate the water. I am believer, there is something about the blue bottle, and sunlight that feels go good 💚
