Weekly Wellness Tip
🌟Create a sleep schedule. Going to sleep and waking up at the same time every day. You may need to make a few adjustments like going to 15 mins earlier so you wake up 15 mins earlier.
🌟Set an alarm, do not hit snooze. If you have a hard time with this, put your alarm on the other side of the room. Once you have a sleep schedule you may want to invest in a wake up light. In love mine.
🌟Avoid your phone, unless you have to check for some reason. I find this to be extremely helpful with stress and anxiety.
🌟Make your bed. This gives you a sense of accomplishment and will lead to a chain of good decisions throughout the day.
🌟Drink a tall glass of water with lemon.
🌟Create a meditation practice. Even start with a few mins of closing your eyes and taking deep breaths.
🌟Practice gratitude. Write out 3 things you're grateful for and then put your hands over your heart, close your eyes and feel the gratitude.
🌟Read or listen to uplifting, spiritual or positive material.
🌟Stretch and move your body.
🌟Write out 3 things to get done for the day.
🌟Look in the mirror, Smile and say I Love You.
