Healthy Plant-Based Snack Recipe. Easy Movie Night Snack Idea.

Ingredients

  1. 8-10 Medjool Dates

  2. 2 tbsp coconut oil

  3. 1 cup vegan chocolate

  4. Almond Butter

  5. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

How to Make

  1. Slice dates lengthwise (be sure to remove the pit)

  2. Open and add 1 tsp of Almond Butter to each date.

  3. Close date and squeeze a bit.

  4. Place dates in the freezer for 5 minutes.

  5. In the meantime melt the chocolate. Add the chocolate and coconut to the pot on the stove. Heat and stir on medium heat for about a 1 minute.

  6. Remove the chocolate from the heat.

  7. Take the dates out of the freezer and drizzle the chocolate on top of the dates. I completely cover these.

  8. Place back in the freezer for about 10 minutes,

  9. The remove from freezer and Enjoy,

  10. Store Date in an airtight container. Enjoy within 5 days.
